Job Title: Accounting & Billing Specialist (Law Firm)
Location: Irvine, CA
Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Overview:
Growing landlord-tenant law firm is seeking a full-time Accounting & Billing Specialist to join its accounting and billing team. This role supports the firm’s billing, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send client invoices; monitor and follow up on accounts receivable
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing matters
- Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices and check runs
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
- Assist with payroll processing and maintenance of related records
- Support preparation of financial reports and required filings
- Review and maintain aging reports and assist with collections efforts
- Collaborate with the billing team to support invoicing and collections processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Location: San Jose & Bay Area, CA

Overview:
Growing landlord-tenant law firm is seeking an Of Counsel Attorney to handle unlawful detainer trials and hearings in San Jose and throughout the greater Bay Area. This role focuses on courtroom advocacy and trial work, with support from a team that prepares matters for hearing and trial.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead counsel in unlawful detainer trials, motion hearings, and settlement conferences in Santa Clara County and surrounding courts
- Appear in person for evidentiary hearings, case management conferences, and related proceedings
- Collaborate with firm partners and associates to prepare cases for trial, including review of pleadings, discovery, and witness preparation
- Provide litigation strategy and courtroom advocacy aligned with client objectives
Qualifications:
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience; unlawful detainer or real estate experience preferred
- Strong trial and courtroom advocacy skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Ability to independently manage matters from pre-trial through resolution
