Aidan C. Wallace is an associate attorney committed to representing landlords and property management companies in landlord-tenant matters. He focuses on helping property owners navigate the legal and practical challenges that arise in eviction proceedings and related disputes. Aidan has extensive knowledge of California’s state and local rent control and eviction control laws, allowing him to advise clients on the complex and frequently changing regulations affecting rental properties.
Aidan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Iowa and his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and served as the Fall 2025 valedictorian. During law school, he received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards recognizing the highest academic achievement in his classes, and he was a member of the Western State College of Law Review. His article, California’s Growing Patchwork of Complicated Rent Control and Just Cause for Eviction Laws: Is It Time for the State to Occupy the Field?, published in 52 W. St. U. L.
