David Argueta joined the firm in January of 2025, bringing a strong commitment to client advocacy and a focused legal background in landlord-tenant law, personal injury, premises liability, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) law. Since beginning the practice of law in November of 2024, David has built a reputation for strategic, results-driven representation, particularly in defending individuals and businesses who are unjustly sued.
From a young age, David knew that becoming an attorney was a calling. That ambition was further shaped and strengthened by years of service in the United States Marine Corps. The discipline, resilience, and leadership developed through military experience continue to serve as the foundation for David’s approach to legal practice—characterized by integrity, precision, and a deep sense of duty to clients.
David’s ideal client is someone who is clear about their goals, grounded in their decision-making, and ready to approach legal challenges with focus rather than emotion. Whether protecting the rights of property owners or standing up for individuals facing unwarranted litigation, David is dedicated to pursuing just outcomes with tenacity and professionalism.
David Argueta was raised primarily in Riverside, California, where strong community values and a love for sports shaped much of his early life. He spent his youth on the soccer field, with some time on the football field as well, learning the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—qualities that would later serve him well in the United States Marine Corps. Now a husband and proud father to a daughter, David continues to live an active lifestyle and enjoys challenging himself through events like Tough Mudders. He remains closely connected to the military community and actively seeks opportunities to give back. David and his family are part of the flock at The Grove Community Church, where faith and service continue to be central to his life.
