Earl R. Wallace is the managing partner of Wallace, Richardson, Sontag & Le, LLP. He received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA in 1989 and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School in 1994.

Mr. Wallace represents landlords, property management companies, banks, financial institutions, developers, and investors in a wide range of real estate transactions and litigation matters. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California. In addition, he is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Mr. Wallace is a founding member of U.S. REO Partners and has served as general counsel to the REO Managers Association of California (REOMAC).

His practice encompasses all California state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as representation before state and federal administrative agencies. He also assists clients through training and counseling, drafting documents, advising on changes of law, and resolving disputes through negotiated settlement, mediation, and arbitration.
