Nicole A. Vettraino has experience in all aspects of estate planning. For over ten years, she has helped clients plan their estates with revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and other business, tax, and estate planning strategies. Ms. Vettraino has extensive experience with post-death court supervised administration (probate) as well as helping clients through the difficult conservatorship process for incapacitated and disabled family members. Additionally, she has been accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to assist Veterans obtain benefits.
Ms. Vettraino graduated from The University of California San Diego with an undergraduate degree in Communication and Literature and Writing. She then received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law with an emphasis and certification in Taxation. She is admitted to practice law in all California Courts, and the United States District Court, Central Division. She has also been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Ms. Vettraino currently lives in Dana Point, California. She is married to an Assistant Principal and has two daughters.
