City of Richmond Enacts Rent Control and Just Cause for Eviction Ordinance

On August 5, 2015, the City of Richmond passed a rent control and just cause for eviction ordinance. (Ordinance No. 21-15 N.S. , Richmond Municipal Code, Chapter 11.100 et. seq.)
