Frank J. Coughlin is Of Counsel to Wallace, Richardson, Sontag & Le, LLP. His practice includes trial and appellate litigation in state and federal court, including class actions and complex litigation. Mr. Coughlin handles all aspects of litigation, including court trials, jury trials, arbitrations, mediations and matters before administrative agencies.
Mr. Coughlin graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California and began practicing law in California in 1993. He also received his certificate in Mediating the Litigated Case from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Coughlin is admitted to practice before all California courts, the Central and Southern U.S. District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
